Paolo Gencarelli
Head of Group Real Estate POSTE ITALIANE
Paolo Gencarelli graduated in Civil Engineering from “La Sapienza” University of Rome and earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
After an initial experience in consulting at Bain & Company, he joined Capitalia Group as Head of Real Estate, and following the merger with UniCredit Group, he became CEO of UniCredit Real Estate and later Head of Group Real Estate & Supply Chain, expanding his responsibilities to Procurement and Cost Management.
In 2017 he joined Poste Italiane, and after an initial period as Head of Procurement, he became Head of Group Real Estate.
