After graduating in structural civil engineering he studied fire engineering with a research grant at the Politecnico di Milano.
Niccolò is an expert in the management of complex and non-standard digital production processes thanks to the vast experience accumulated with WOOD-SKIN and in the numerous construction sites around the world. Among these, are the largest free-form wooden ceiling in the world made for room IX of the UN in Geneva, the Linkedin headquarters in Madrid, the Volkswagen Milan financial headquarters, and Maison Margela Milan.

Thanks to the hybrid nature of his work as an engineer involved in highly automated and digital projects, Niccolò is today the fulcrum of the production processes of Wood-Skin and MATEREA where together with the R&D team he investigates the limits of the relationship between design and machines to imagine a more equitable and sustainable future.
