Architect, member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Abaco Team and Abaco Engineering, the two Gabetti Group companies covering the full range of management and technical services. She has extensive experience in real estate, having worked as a consultant in technical and management advisory companies and assisted both private and public, Italian and foreign operators in the management of key real estate initiatives.

At Abaco since 2012, she developed property management services, the loans segment and the NPL service, and introduced engineering and property redevelopment services, contributing to the company’s growth in terms of both turnover and market share.

Always attentive to the world of training, since 2012 she has been an instructor of the Property & Facility Management module of the LUISS MAREF Master’s program.

She is Chairperson of the Services Commission of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, coordinating the work group representing the entire real estate services sector. The Commission aims to draw up guidelines for property management mandates by 2022-2023, and in 2022 it signed the update to the ABI guidelines for property valuation.

In 2006, Micaela was a founding member of AREL Real Estate Ladies, the association for women working in Italy’s real estate sector, sharing the value of dialogue and discussion of experiences as a fundamental element of individual and professional growth and contributing to the development of female talent, especially young women.
