Since 2019 Marco Doglio serves as Chief Real Estate Officer of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP; the Italian Development Finance Institution). At CDP he also covers the roles of Managing Director of CDP Immobiliare SGR, Vice President of CDP Immobiliare Srl and member of the board of Redo SGR.

Prior to joining CDP, from 2015 through 2019 Doglio was in charge of the Italian operations of UBS Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) as well as member of the European Management Committee of the same.
Previously for seven years he was CEO and Director General of Fabrica SGR, an asset management company owned by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Gruppo Caltagirone. Most of his thirty-five years of professional experience have been in sectors such as train transportation, roads and highways, airports, energy, water, and telecommunications in addition to real estate.

Marco Doglio is a graduate of the Bocconi University as well as the Catholic University of Milan.
