Luisa Crupi started in Milan, in the early 2000s, to work in the real estate sector as the commercial manager of a specialised editorial publication.

She managed the launch of an editorial start-up and oversaw its development and promotion strategies towards its target audience, consisting of construction companies throughout Italy.

In 2012 Luisa then took over the Sales Management of a leading Italian real estate portal with over ten thousand real estate agency clients. Luisa coordinated, managed and developed the sales network consisting of around eighty collaborators throughout Italy.

In 2018, she joined the team of Abitare Co., Italy’s leading real estate services company in the new homes segment, as Chief Operating Officer.

Her role is characterised by the coordination of the internal departments, Marketing, Back Office, Technical Office and Accounting, with the aim of optimising and streamlining all operational and project activities. In addition, Luisa promotes and coordinates the development of new digital technologies that the company applies.
