Serving from 2019 as CEO of Invimit Sgr SpA, the asset management company 100% owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), aiming to support and contribute to the valorisation program of public Real Estate.
After twenty years of experience in strategic sectors such as TLC and Energy, in the last ten years Giovanna Della Posta led turnaround projects in the insurance and Real Estate sectors, supporting companies in rethinking their business model to lay the foundation for the future sustainable growth.
She graduated in Economics and earned a master’s degree in Economics and Finance, afterwards she graduated in General Management at Harvard Business School in 2016. She sits on the Board of Arexpo (former Expo area) and is a Member of the Advisory Board of the University Tor Vergata Foundation.
She won the Marisa Bellisario Prize (2012), which awards women who have distinguished themselves in management, economics and social issues. In 2019, 2020 she was selected among the 50 most influential people in Italian Finance by Finance Community, reaching the top ten in 2021. Awarded “Woman of the Year” at the Real Estate Awards 2020 and “Fund manager of the Year” at the Women in Finance Italy Awards in 2021. She ultimately has been included among the “50 Fortune” women in Italy.
