Francesca Zirnstein is an architect based in Milan. She graduated at the University of Study in Genoa, Italy. After the degree she attended the “Urban Management Program” of the University of Wales at the Domus Academy in Milan.

She worked as advisor for Public Administrations, for design and construction companies regarding urban research and studies for public projects. Francesca started her partnership with Scenari Immobiliari as analyst and from 2005 she is responsible of the “Training Area”, where she coordinates and manages Executive Programs for international Real Estate companies. Currently she is Managing Director in the “Research and Evaluation” division, where she leads 50 people (20 analysts and 30 between valuers and technicians) supplying Real Estate services such as advisory, market analysis, reporting for private and institutional clients, organization of Real Estate events and workshops, feasibility studies, Real Estate development strategies and asset portfolio strategies.

In 2015 she was appointed General Manager of the company. Francesca participates at relevant Real Estate events as speaker, as well as at Real Estate and Finance TV channels as a guest. She is also author of articles for the sector. She is also a visiting professor at Politecnico di Milano and takes part in Real Estate seminars in numerous Italian Business Schools. She is a member of MRICS and a member of Agidi (Italian Association of Real Estate Lawyers).

Since the beginning of 2011 she has been President of AREL – Real Estate Ladies Association and since November 2014 she has been General Secretary of Federimmobiliare (Italian Real Estate federation).
