Fabrizio Bonavita has over 15 years of investment management and private equity experience in Europe, and led professional teams based in London, Luxembourg, and KSA.
Mr. Bonavita joined Primonial in September 2020 to set-up the asset management and investment activity in Italy. Primonial currently manages 3 Italian Funds for a total AUM of circa Eur 500 million. Based in Milan, Mr. Bonavita is also part of the firm’s pan-European Executive Committee.
Prior to returning to Italy, Mr. Bonavita spent over 15 years in Paris and London, most recently at SEDCO Capital, a Saudi Investment Company, where he was responsible for establishing the London-based operations, for building-up the Real Estate investment team, and for developing the firm’s European and U.S. Investment strategy. Based in London, Mr. Bonavita was heading the European and U.S. asset management and acquisition activity, responsible to deploy capital throughout the risk spectrum, from core to value-add/opportunistic, on behalf of SEDCO Capital core Clients and third-party Investors.
Prior to joining SEDCO Capital, Mr. Bonavita spent 9 years at AIG Global Real Estate in London where he was responsible for originating and structuring opportunistic Joint Venture equity transactions across Europe.
Mr. Bonavita has managed and advised on investments and transactions in Europe, and U.S. with an aggregate equity value in excess of Eur 2 billion, including closed acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings. Mr. Bonavita worked at Cushman & Wakefield in London, BNP Paribas Investment Banking in Paris, and received an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School in London, a Bachelors in Corporate Finance and Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and Bocconi University in Milan.
