Dario Pistone joins Agire-Gruppo IPI in 2023 as Executive Director.

In the last 25 years he has always held top roles in management and enhancement of large real estate portfolios, both in Italy and in Europe, dealing in particular with Office, Retail and Logistics. With Agire he is dealing, among others, with the most important residential portfolios in Italy.

In particular, since 2009 he has been Sole Director first of a company of the Percassi Group and then Managing Director of a company of the Blackstone Group. He was then a consultant for a leading Saudi Group for the development of major projects in the Middle East.

In the previous 10 years he was first Partner – and later Board Member – of Cushman & Wakefield.

Before the 2000s he was Project Manager in Alstom, Q8 and IBM while his first experience was in Libya with Impregilo.

He graduated in Civil Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
