Daniele Martignetti

Daniele Martignetti is a manager with over 20 years of experience and with a relevant network of national and international investors active in Italy.
He graduated in Milan in Political Sciences, with a specialization in international law.
Daniele covered various aspects of the profession, from advisory, fund management and brokerage.
In BNP Paribas and JLL, in 5 years as head of the Capital Market teams, Daniele advised successfully over 3bn transactions, supporting the first investments in Italy of several new institutional capitals, from American Private Equity to sovereign wealth funds from the Middle East to various Asian insurance companies and pension funds.
As Fund Manager in Savills and in Pirelli Real Estate, Daniele managed funds for more than € 2bn of assets, both with international and Italian investors, mainly institutional and family office. Furthermore, for Pirelli he contributed to the set-up of the business in Germany, working in the asset management team and finalising the first acquisitions in Berlin.
Since 2021 Daniele is responsible of real estate strategy at Bper Banca, as head of the Real Estate department, with the task of managing the banking group’s real estate assets and supporting the bank in landing and M&A activities, with underlying Real Estate.
Bper is actively working in the development in the reference markets, working on cultural projects, residential developments and investing in office buildings, adapting them to the highest international standards and certifications, contributing to the renewal of the Italian real estate assets even in non-core markets (as Milan and Rome), but where the presence of the group is strong and the economy is relevant.
