Barbara is a C-level with a 360 managerial experience in multiple industries, coupled with unique expertise and track record in Digital and Business Transformation, both in traditional and tech industries.
Currently she is the CEO of JLL in Italy, a Fortune 500 and the second largest real estate and investment management firm in the world. She joined JLL in December 2020, with the objective of accelerating the growth of the company in Italy and supporting the re-imagination of the entire industry, with technology, data and sustainability.
Prior to joining JLL, Barbara held the role of COO, Marketing and Operations Director of Microsoft Italy where she designed and led the growth plan, orchestrating the various business lines – modern work, cloud, AI and business applications.
Previously, she was a Member of the Global Senior Leadership team of Vodafone and the Director of Digital, Commercial Operations and Wholesale for Vodafone Italy, leading a team of 3000 people on a journey to transform the company with digital innovation, excellence in customer experience, agility and intrapreneurship.
Before that, she held senior roles in the energy, venture capital and consulting industries in Italy and abroad.
She’s a Non Executive Director in Autogrill Spa, the world’s leading provider of food & beverage services for travelers.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business Administration and with a Master in International Business at Bocconi University, she has been included twice in the “Top 50 most inspirational women in technology in Europe” and in the “Fortune Business Person of the year 2020”; she won several awards for Digital and Customer Experience excellence in Italy and internationally.
Passionate about digital, sustainability & people development and how they drive business & societal growth, she’s involved in several no profit initiatives to promote D&I.
She lives in Milan with her husband, her son and the two cats.
