ALESSANDRA MICALIZZI is a sociologist, psychologist and PhD in communication and new technologies. After her doctorate, she continued to collaborate with the University of Languages and Communication IULM as a research fellow for 4 years, studying in particular the practices, relational and emotional, within virtual contexts.
She has been an adjunct lecturer at IUSVe and at IUSTo. She collaborated for years with the IED in Milan in both communication and design courses, due to her interests in environmental psychology with a specific focus on living.
She is currently a lecturer at the SAE Institute in Milan – where she teaches sociology of new media – and an associate professor at the Faculty of Humanities at Pegaso University. She is coauthor of the first text dedicated to the psychology of living, with the same title, published by Franco Angeli (2018).
