Michele Beolchini

Michele is currently the Head of Product Development & Fundraising at Investire SGR.

In Investire since 2015, Michele is focused on the creation of new projects and the development of business initiatives aiming at establish new products and new funds, fostering the relationship with national and international investors.

Previously, he was part of the Real Estate Advisory team at Banca IMI (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) where, holding position of increasing responsibility, he had the chance to lead the origination, structuring and execution of numerous real estate transactions between 2008 and 2015.

Over the past 15 years, Michele has been involved in the advisory, structuring and acquisition phases of real estate transactions worth more than €8 bn.
Michele holds a M. Sc. cum Laude in General Management and a B. Sc. in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan).
