Marco Balducci is Chairman and CEO of Nhood Italy S.r.l. and Nhood Ukraina, moreover he also carries out the function of Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investment & Asset Management of Ceetrus Italy S.p.A.
He was born July 12th, 1968 in Sassari. After the Graduation in Law at the Università degli Studi in Milan, he has worked for La Rinascente department store as Director in Charge of the Group Corporate Matters. Between 2009 and 2015, he worked in several roles within the Auchan group, including Legal Director, Deputy Director In Charge of the Group Corporate Matters and Group Legal Director.
He joined Ceetrus Corporate in 2015, where he led the Finance, Legal and Information Technology divisions.

In Ceetrus Corporate Marco Balducci has partecipated the evolution of the company from a purely commercial vocation to one of the main players in the real estate industry in Italy, specialized in urban redevelopment interventions with a business model based on four pillars: listening to the territory, proximity, innovation and culture.

In January 2021 Marco Balducci led the merger of Ceetrus with Nodi – a company of the AFM family, specialized in real estate business – that resulted in the convergence of Nhood, a new reality of mixed real estate services with the aim of requalifying assets creating and developing new places of life and new neighbourhoods: always with a triple positive impact on people, on the planet, on profit.

Nhood is responsible for the development, management and marketing of different assets: with 1,029 employees distributed in 10 European countries, a portfolio of 300 commercial sites of which 200 are owned, 30 thousand residences and 40 projects in development for a patrimonial value of almost 8 billion Euro.

Currently, in Italy only, Nhood operates across 47 centres and 5 retail parks, with 2,300 stores, 680,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) and more than 185 million visitors per year.
