Born in Naples in 1977.
Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering at the Federico II University of Naples, he subsequently completed his studies through an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi and an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

He started out his professional career in the major construction works sector. Between 2001 and 2011 he developed professionally in major constructions companies such as the Astaldi Group and Torno Internazionale initially by working on projects abroad in Venezuela and Morocco (railways, dams), and later taking on the management of complex infrastructural and building projects in national and European contexts (the Naples underground, civil and tourist constructions in Romania).
He has been involved in internationalisation and general management processes, as well as project financing initiatives in a number of different contexts.

In 2011 he joined Gruppo Immobiliare Percassi, as General Manager and was responsible for planning and implementing its turnaround and growth development.

He currently holds the post of Managing Director of COSTIM S.r.l., industrial holding founded by Cav. Lav. Domenico Bosatelli and Avv. Francesco Percassi, (which currently controls Impresa Percassi, Elmet and Gualini) and of Impresa Percassi S.p.A. He is the chairman of Percassi Bâtiment S.a.s.; and is also in the board of directors of Gualini S.p.A. and chairman of Elmet S.r.l.
