My personal experience in real estate started more than thirty years ago in Messina and then it has developed in Milan from the beginning of 90’s, focusing on the new residential development.
In 1997 with my two partners I set up Abitare Co., a real estate service company specializing in the residential sector of new properties. The Company, led by me as CEO, today is an established and appreciated reality on the market, thanks to the innovative model developed over the years that can manage all the peculiar phases of real estate development. Understanding the market, forecasting the demand, and transparently evaluating the potential of a property development initiative are the skills that allow me to carry out my role as advisor for my clients.
The housing formats that we propose accelerate the sales processes and generate increases in value, contributing to the transformation of the urban landscape. Our mission is to provide to our customers and potential buyers all the services they need to choose where to build their future.
In September 2018 he joined the JCI group as head of development of relations with the main actors of the RE and as head of a team that aims to support design studios (architects and engineers) in the development of important real estate projects.
