Walliance
Giacomo was born and raised in Trento, or as he prefers to say “in Trentino”. In 2011, he said goodbye to his homeland for a while to embark on a course of study at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, which led him to live and study in Paris for a short time.
Then he flew to New York, where he discovered that the phenomenon of collective investment in the real estate market is much more than just an appealing product.
Back in Italy, after taking over the management of the historic Bertoldi Group, he and his brother founded Walliance in 2017, the first equity crowdfunding platform in Italy to receive authorization from Consob to raise venture capital for real estate projects and the first European company to land abroad with projects in the United States.
