Francesco Procopio has held the position of General Manager at Progedil Group since 2022. His role involves directing, supervising, and coordinating all lines of business, which are organized and planned based on the strategies defined by the Group. He has 17 years of experience in the finance field, primarily in the Real Estate sector. Previously, he served as a Senior Asset Manager at Aurora Recovery Capital, specializing for over 5 years in the acquisition and management of large non-performing loans (NPLs) and UTPs (unlikely-to-pay), all with underlying real estate assets. In 2012, he joined Parsitalia Group for 5 years, eventually holding the position of Head of Planning, Control & Finance. Prior to that, he worked at Ubi Banca, Fideuram, and Alitalia, assuming roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for coordinating complex real estate negotiation processes aimed at commercializing and selling various types of assets, working closely with key players in the Real Estate market.

He joined Progedil Real Estate Group in 2021 as Head of Commercial & Business Development, where he focuses on developing new lines of business, evaluating and pursuing new strategic partnership opportunities, expanding market coverage, and guiding the Group towards a new commercial direction that can meet the diverse needs required by the investment funds market and institutional investors.
