Domenico Bilotta is Managing Director at Investire SGR.

Before joining Investire SGR he was Executive Director Asset Management & Services in Pirelli Real Estate. During his +32 years of experience in Real Estate he leads different projects and deals with national and international real estate operators, bringing his personal and professional experience to the benefit of all the different stakeholders involved. Since 1995 in INA Assitalia he dealt with the corporate reorganization of the Group’s real estate activities which led in 1998 to the demerger and listing of UNIM S.p.A, the first Property Company listed on the Italian market, for which he oversaw the organization and operational start-up.

From 1991 to 1995 he was in Arthur Andersen MBA, one of the leading multinational auditing and consultancy firms worldwide, where he started to focus on the real estate practice.

Domenico graduated in Economics and Business at La Sapienza University in Rome.
